Terms and Conditions
Who we are:
We are a family run agency for renting holiday homes. We are not a travel agency. We are only a go between the owner and the tenant. All agreements are made between the owner and the tenant. We offer no guarantees and except no responsibility for any dereferences.

When you have any questions about the availability of a property than please use the button "questions" and not the button "bookings".

You can send us an e-mail detailing your requirements.
Booking:

First click the button "bookings" and give us your information. The booking is only confirmed when you receive our confirmation. With your booking you automatically accept our terms and conditions.

By booking it is necessary to give us the number of adults and the age of the children. For special requests please use the space provided.

On receiving our confirmation notification please sign and return the contract within 5 working days of receiving our e-mail. If we do not receive your signed contract within the stipulated time the contract is null and void.

Bei einer zustande gekommenen Buchung erhalten Sie von uns eine e-mail als Vorab-Bestätigung. Zusätzlich erhalten Sie einen unterzeichneten Vertrag per Fax oder Post, mit der Bitte um Überprüfung der Angaben, Unterschrift und Rückführung per Post oder Fax. Dies sollte innerhalb von 3-5 Tagen erfolgen. Verspätete Anzeigen von Unrichtigkeiten können danach nicht mehr berücksichtigt werden und berechtigen Sie nicht zum Rücktritt vom Vertrag.

Cancellation fees are as stated in the rental agreement.

The availability indicator on the web-side is only for indication and not guaranteed.

The photographs and the descriptions are for information only and are not legally binding.

The minimum rental period is 7 days.

A 25 % deposit is required when booking. The outstanding balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. The keys will be handed out on arrival at the property.
Payment:

Payment by bank transfer including all bank charges.
Complaints:

All complaints must be in writing so they can be passed on to the owner.
Legal jurisdiction: Malaga, Spain:

The contract is governed by Spanish law.
